Kathleen Liedy is Axiologic’s chief financial officer, bringing more than twenty-eight years’ experience in financial and accounting support for federal contractors. Before her role with Axiologic, Kathleen was the CFO advisor for CAVU Advisors, a financial consulting and accounting outsourcing company for government contractors. Kathleen also served as the CFO from 2013 to 2015 for ExecuTech Strategic Consulting, a small business specializing in cybersecurity, information assurance, and IT service management. She holds a BS in accounting from the University of Maryland University College.

David Reid

Chief Strategy Officer

David Reid provides Axiologic with more than thirty-four years’ experience as a successful intelligence professional and strategic executive capable of analyzing complex problems, establishing the strategic direction for key initiatives, and delivering increased revenue. He served twenty-three years in the US Navy Reserve, where he retired as a commander (O-5). While in the navy, he provided strategic planning and intelligence support to the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO); the Defense HUMINT Management Office (DHMO); the NRO-based Space and Naval Warfare Command (SPAWAR); the Fleet Information Warfare Command (FIWC); the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), and the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA). While in the navy, he was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal on three occasions and made deployments to South Korea and Iceland. He holds a BA in political science from Northeastern Oklahoma State University (NSU) and a master’s diploma in strategic intelligence from the Joint Military Intelligence College (JMIC). In addition to serving as Axiologic’s CSO, Mr. Reid also serves as a delegate (VA-32) in the Virginia General Assembly. First elected in 2017, he currently serves on the Transportation and the Counties, Cities and Towns committees and has been an advocate for college affordability, renewable energy, foster children, and the resolution of transportation issues across the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Chris Bibbee

Chris Bibbee is the Chief Program Officer at Axiologic Solutions.

Bibbee is a seasoned leader with over two decades of IC/DoD experience in the government technology arena. He most recently served as the executive director of ManTech, where he had a 20-year career that included progressive roles as a senior network engineer, program director and program manager. Bibbee’s work at ManTech demonstrates proven leadership in delivering a wide range of services for multiple million-dollar IC/DoD contracts.

Through his previous work, Bibbee led a multidisciplined portfolio of nearly 320 skilled contractors and subcontractors to deliver complex IT systems and CI analyst solutions directing contracts valued at $450 million. He played a crucial role in increasing employee efficiency and organization while redefining key program mission areas to correct resource issues. Bibbee was critical in directing and managing all aspects of contract execution, including bid and proposal, contract execution, and closeout.

Bibbee earned a Master of Science in information technology from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems from Strayer University.

Robert Wittmaack

Chief Operations Officer

Rob Wittmaack is Axiologic’s chief operations officer, with more than twenty years of business and management experience supporting defense programs. In his previous role as our senior program manager for a large, complex defense intelligence program with Axiologic, Rob built on his experience leading information technology and systems engineering programs for the US Navy, US Air Force Research Laboratory, National Aeronautical and Space Administration, and commercial clients. Rob served in the US Navy as a submarine officer for five years on active duty and ten years in the US Navy Reserve, and he graduated with a BS in computer science from the US Naval Academy in 1994. He also holds a Project Management Institute (PMI) project management professional (PMP) certificate.
