BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional, Senior Modeling, Simulation and Analysis (MS&A) System Architect for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) system, known as the Sentinel ICBM Program. Why Sentinel (formerly GBSD)? The Sentinel Program is an enormous and complex Mega-Project modernizing the entire ICBM weapon system deployed across tens of thousands of square miles in five states. BAE Systems is seeking an exceptional Systems Security Professional for an exciting opportunity to support the Air Force's acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM). The Systems Security Professional will support the Air Force s ICBM weapon system and the Sentinel program. These are long-term sustainment and acquisition programs and are anticipated to remain operational until 2075. The System-level Security Professional will provide technical expertise in Systems Security related efforts and will actively contribute on the Systems Security team in performance of the day-to-day team responsibilities. You will work with other organizational leadership on priorities, fostering strong relationships, meeting business goals, and so forth. You will also help build teamwork, improve communications, develop/enforce policies, and work with stakeholders (internal and external). The specific responsibilities of Systems Security Professional position include and is not limited to the following: Serve as Systems Security technical advisor, consultant to the Systems Security Program Manager (PM), Mission Defense Branch Lead, and the Systems Engineering Division Lead. Provides/participates in training to all personnel for all Mission Defense evaluation processes and oversee all activities for programs. Evaluate all program documents, resolve all Mission Defense issues, and coordinate with System Security manager to analyze all applicable requirements. Participate in various safety regulations, recommend modifications to existing design, ensure compliance to all organization requirements, and administer all human safety. Develop integrated system analysis plans.
