Qualifications Education and/or Experience • Grade 12 education. • Two years of comparable wait service experience preferred. • The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills. A bartender should have incredible customer service skills, remain personable, and maintain a high energy level while working in a fast-paced environment. They must be well-prepared to handle tough situations and be highly knowledgeable of all classes of alcohol. They must be attentive to guests, have an outgoing personality, and work efficiently. Must have at least 2 years' experience in a high volume atmosphere.
