Job Summary:Fundamentally - waiting on guests, either at the bar or tableside, obtain drink and/or food orders, and provide friendly, attentive service as needed per guest. Bartenders also prepare drinks for the cocktail servers. We pride ourselves on possessing extensive knowledge of our inventory on hand to help make the best possible recommendations for each individual guest. Our emphasis is on craft cocktails and spirits, as well as an eclectic mix of regional breweries and fine wines. Most importantly, the entire staff functions as a team, from setup/prep, to providing positive guest experiences, to cleanup at the end of the night.
