Ensure the bar is stocked with ice, liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and other necessary supplies. Change kegs, check taps and appliances for proper functionality, and make minor adjustments as needed. Learn and memorize menu items, cocktail recipes, and food pairings to enhance the guest experience. Engage with customers, answer questions, handle complaints professionally, and promote specials. Monitor and report inventory levels to assist in reordering and proper storage of delivered items. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements The Server/Bartender role requires standing, walking, and actively engaging with guests throughout the shift. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential for handling trays, glassware, and preparing drinks. The position involves approximately 70% standing, 20% walking, and 10% customer interaction in a fast-paced environment. The Bartender is primarily responsible for delivering hospitality and extraordinary service to bar guests and for mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages according to Company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant. This position is also responsible for cleanliness and safety of the bar area. Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Anticipate guests' needs and exceed guest service expectations. Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu, with the ability to answer questions and make suggestions. Take orders, serve bar patrons, and process payment. Keep designated service stations clean and organized. Restock and replenish bar inventory. Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems. Concludes the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return. Complete assigned side work at the beginning, during, and at end of shift. Provide great customer service to our guests! Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons. Keep bar stocked of all bottled products, mixers, and glassware. Work as a team with waitress/servers to fill drink orders. Clean bar, glassware and service areas. Rings up all drink and food orders in the POS system, collects payment for drinks and/or food served, balances all receipts and follows proper cash handling procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service and/or the restaurant or hospitality industry. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
