This role combines bartending and serving duties, including mixing and serving drinks, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Mix drinks and garnish cocktails based on customer preferences. Monitor customer behavior and serve alcohol responsibly. Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked. Process customer payments, handle cash, and issue receipts. Track inventory and report low stock levels to management. Maintain bar safety and sanitation standards. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing a warm, welcoming, and attentive experience to all guests. Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure timely service and efficient operations. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating energy, focus, and adaptability. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism. Ensure the dining area remains clean, including resetting tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and timely order delivery. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of bartending and server experience in a customer-facing position. Experience with restaurant POS systems, cash, and credit card handling. Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality. Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to describe menu items. Anticipates guest needs and derives satisfaction from providing excellent customer service. Professional demeanor and polished appearance with a warm and welcoming personality. Strong work ethic, well organized, focused, attentive to detail, with a sense of urgency. Dependable and punctual. Enthusiastic, team player with a positive attitude. Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs., and stand for at least 8 hours. TIPS certification preferred.
