    Provides exceptional guest service by offering beverages, taking beverage orders, processing payment transactions, and delivering drinks to guests in a timely manner. Interacts with guests, anticipates guests' needs, and responds to general guest inquiries. Responsibilities Circulates designated beverage service section, greets guests, announces presence, and offers complimentary beverages and beverages for sale to resort guests. Delivers exceptional guest service (i.e., prompt, friendly, professional, and responsive), using proper greeting and departure phrases and service standards established by F&B management. Obtains guests' beverage orders and serves them accordingly. Provides guests with drink options, while up-selling extended beverage menu offerings. Communicates with beverage management to provide appropriate levels of service to top-tiered Club Chumash players (e.g., Black and Platinum). Enters beverage orders into point-of-sale (POS) system to ensure accurate preparation and tracking of product and inventory. Uses POS system to redeem Loyalty points for guests.
