Responsibilities Oversees the clinical delivery of care, including the activities performed by Behavior Technicians. Conducts initial and six (6) month assessments and recommends plans which drive outcomes aligned with clients' goals. Provides supervision Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services. Delivers Parent Training for a minimum of 1 hour each month. Develops child specific Behavior Treatment plans. Ensures all licensure and compliance requirements are up to date for both themselves and their Behavior Technicians. Returns required documentation in a timely fashion (as outlined in company policy) to capture services rendered and meet payer requirements. Performs reviews on Behavior Technician documentation to ensure accurate representation of services performed and quality service documentation. Provides feedback to Behavior Technicians on duties performed from a clinical standpoint and coaches and guides improvements. Ensures utilization of hours as prescribed are met. The location of this position could be a combination of in-home and telehealth. Performs other related duties as required. Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited university which meets BACB guidelines. BCBA Certification OR Mid-Level (Market Specific) requirements are met. 1+ Year working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
