The BCBA Clinician is responsible for implementing and overseeing the implementation of their client's programs across all caregivers including direct line therapists (RBTs). The BCBA Clinician provides assistance to children, families, and team members by providing an appropriate, safe learning environment to clients enrolled in the program. Job Duties Attend and resolve daily parent, staff, and client concerns under close supervision of the Department Director Conduct intake assessments and generate reports. Develop goals that are objective, measurable, and provide clear planning toward discharge and generate discharge/transition reports Develop implement, collect data, and monitor progress on individualized treatment plans. Create behavior programming to support the development of appropriate behavior while reducing inappropriate behavior.
