    General Purpose The Benefit Analyst will be responsible for administering and analyzing our 401(k) Retirement Plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) . This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, accurate plan operations, and provides exceptional support to employees. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of retirement plan administration, compliance, and vendor management. Essential Duties 401(k) Plan Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations of the 401(k) plan, including enrollments, contribution processing, loans, distributions, and compliance testing. Partner with recordkeepers and fiduciary advisors to ensure accurate plan management and adherence to ERISA and IRS regulations. Coordinate annual nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500 filings, and audits. Monitor plan performance, fees, and investment options; provide recommendations for improvements. ESPP Administration: Manage ESPP enrollments, contributions, and purchase cycles in partnership with equity administration teams. Ensure compliance with SEC and tax regulations related to ESPP. Employee Support & Education: Serve as a subject matter expert for retirement and ESPP programs, answering employee inquiries and providing guidance. Develop educational materials and host informational sessions to promote participation and understanding. Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare reports on participation, contributions, and plan performance for leadership. Assist in budgeting and forecasting for retirement and ESPP programs. Compliance & Process Improvement: Stay current on regulatory changes affecting retirement and equity plans. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance employee experience. Qualifications ( Education and/or Experience) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in benefits administration with a strong focus on 401(k) plans. Knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and SEC compliance for ESPP. Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems; experience with retirement plan platforms preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with annual compliance testing and audits for retirement plans. Familiarity with equity programs and vendor management. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
