Obtain and review quotes, purchase orders, and order acknowledgements by vendors. Source and price glass, hardware, and other materials required for each project. Create and submit estimate reports and takeoffs. Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team members. Work directly with outside sales and measure techs to ensure scope accuracy and project success. Monitor installations and communicate between installers and clients to ensure expectations are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.) Skills Proven experience as CSR or similar position. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with financial and project management principles..
