Vincent Carbone is the Founder & Chief Operating Officer at Brightidea. Vincent Carbone co-founded Brightidea with Matthew Greeley. Bringing strong business and technological leadership to the organization, he is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the company as well as contributing to its strategic growth. In addition, Vincent oversees the implementation and overall success of the company's largest customers and projects. Prior to Brightidea, Vincent was an account manager at McCaffery, Ratner, Gottlieb and Lane where he successfully managed projects for the Warner-Lambert family of companies and Olympus of America. Vincent holds an MBA in International Business from Clemson University's CIMBA program.

I bring strategic and hands-on product leadership to B2B and B2B2C software product teams. Currently, I am the Chief Product Officer at GrubMarket, overseeing product management for GrubMarket's software products. Prior, I was a product and strategy executive at Brightidea, building the market-leading product in the idea management software category. I enjoy taking products from zero-to-one, applying a lean startup approach and “doing things that don’t scale”, to test hypotheses, unearth market insights, and find product-market fit. As a department head, I am passionate about developing engaged, high-performance teams and have built multiple new functions from the ground up. My prior work experience in marketing and design thinking have shaped me to be a strategic product leader who cares as much about having a well-integrated go-to-market plan, as I do about designing a world-class user experience.
