About the Role

What You'll Do
Prioritization & Workflow Management

Provide actionable insights to strengthen sales forecasting, improve inventory planning, and enhance performance.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility for stakeholders.
Team Support
Serve as backup to the Mission (Military) Team, assisting with order processing, customer communication, and fulfillment coordination.
Ensure accuracy of delivery schedules, certificates of conformance, order details, and on-time performance for government clients.

Compensation: $60,000 OTE ($40,000 base salary plus commission)
Modality: Hybrid (based on performance; on-site in West Valley for first 30-60 days)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
What you'll be doing
Researching and prospecting potential partners through cold calls, emails, and social strategies with the goal of setting up demos for Account Executives.
Following up consistently with leads via phone, email, and chat to maintain engagement and pipeline progression.
Effectively communicating Clicklease's value proposition to potential partners and small business owners.
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to ensure fit and readiness for Account Executive engagement.
Diligently using CRM (Salesforce.com) to capture relevant data, maintain accurate notes, and manage the sales pipeline.
Developing creative strategies for targeting decision-makers and driving conversion opportunities.
Collaborating with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize outreach campaigns and messaging.
Achieving or exceeding weekly and monthly activity and opportunity-generation goals.
