All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. Leadership (50%)
Lead, coach, and support a team of SDRs to consistently exceed qualified meeting and pipeline goals

Help onboard and train new SDRs, instilling best practices and company values from day one
Partner with marketing and sales to align outbound campaigns, messaging, and target account strategies

Prospecting (50%)
Work closely with Account Executives to drive top-of-funnel pipeline through personalized outreach
Build relationships with cybersecurity decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
Communicate Cyderes' value in a compelling way tailored to different personas (CISOs, tech leads, etc.)
Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo to manage your outreach and data Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends and customer challenges to enhance conversations and outreach strategy
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role-preferably in tech or cybersecurity
Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving results through outbound sales motions
Experience mentoring or coaching others (formal team leadership a plus)
Strong communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal
Highly organized with the ability to manage both personal prospecting and team oversight
Coachable, goal-driven, and hungry to grow into a leadership career Passion for technology, cybersecurity, or B2B sales
