**Job Summary**
The team manages build and re-shaping of business process, procedures and accountability standards for sales enablement tools, specifically Salesforce.com and other associated technologies to maximize the business value of the technologies and enhance the user experience. This role serves as a liaison between the business and IT to align product strategies and capabilities, also providing technical business specifications to IT. **Responsibilities**
+ Functional requirements development and ownership
+ Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, map key processes, understand pain points
+ Assess and improve upon potential business processes that need review to more efficiently migrate to Salesforce.com
+ Work closely with IT team to act as the voice of the customer and provide feedback on requirements and functionality
+ Support the business by applying cross functional subject matter expertise of business processes, systems, and integration to facilitate continuous improvement and innovation
+ Coordinate with the Salesforce admin team to design the functionality in SFDC
+ UAT testing management and hypercare support
+ Work closely with development team and core project team to produce product documentation including user guides, test scripts, and internal/external materials
+ Ability to describe complex concepts with the appropriate amount of detail based on audience
+ Support the field in answering questions. Provide key details to learning business partner for training materials related to functionality
+ User adoption management
+ Develop strategies and plans to drive end user adoption and optimization
+ Manage KPI and tools supporting change management and user adoption, providing a clear picture to stakeholders on change process and continued focal areas that may need additional support
+ Ability to describe complex concepts with the appropriate amount of detail based on audience
+ Training support
+ Capturing key details of the process and work with training to incorporate into user guides that support the end user experience and training strategy
+ Training change network to become subject matter experts and provide support to them as they work to train the business end users
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ 5+ years of general business experience, preferred
+ 2+ years experience working within Salesforce.com, preferred
+ Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certification, preferred
+ Experience with Salesforce.com implementation, configuration and/or optimization, preferred
+ Ability to align CRM functionality with business goals

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Guest Experience Administration Intern will report to the Administration Coordinator to assist with seasonal staff recruitment, hiring/onboarding, communication, payroll, and seasonal staff training. The Intern will regularly work with our HR and Payroll departments to provide excellent service to our employees and problem-solve a variety of employee hiring, onboarding, and payroll issues. During the Month of May, the Guest Experience Administration Intern will conduct everyday administrative duties and work with Guest Experience staff to ensure that our large-scale events run smoothly.
In this role, you'll be an important part of delivering top-tier experiences to fans, partners, and teams across the motorsports world. You'll take ownership of key responsibilities, collaborate across departments, and bring energy and innovation to a fast-paced environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support with application and onboarding activities for all seasonal employees
Compose and coordinate correspondences with a diverse group of seasonal employees
Conduct phone interviews of potential new employees
Help manage employee hiring software and tracking process
Assist with the training development of 750 seasonal employees
Manage the Track Rescue rehiring and new hire processes for around 150 employees
Troubleshoot various event day staffing administrative issues
Work closely with Safety Patrol leadership to resolve a wide range of issues
Assist with the execution of all staff welfare initiatives including boxed lunches, additional snacks, and other event day welfare items
Assist the Administration Coordinator in the planning of staff events such as All-Hands Training Day and large-group meetings
Provide administrative and operational support for IMS Guest Experience department
Assist with post-event feedback collection and reporting
Resolve and communicate customer service-related issues/concerns
Actively participate in all College Program activities and development opportunities
Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

A Day in the Life:
Global Investments and Partnerships
* Draft reports and white papers on international and federal developments to help guide Indiana's engagement strategy.
* Aid the development and execution of special meetings related to international engagement and economic development.
* In partnership with the IEDC Data & Insights team, conduct research on international matters and compile company and government background research for relevant meetings.
* Maintain meeting request tracker on behalf of Indiana State Leadership.
* Preparing high-level meetings, including room layout, protocol, print materials, gifts, etc.
* Support in-person events and delegation visits occurring over the summer.
* Work at an inter-and intra-agency level to coordinate the International Team's collaborations with others.
* Scheduled, bi-weekly, ½ hour touchpoints with the manager.
* Mid-way through the internship a touch point will occur with your manager.
Special Project
* Every Intern will work closely with an IEDC team member to further the mission of the IEDC. The Intern team will brainstorm together to envision a joint project to better the State of Indiana to grow the states economy and collaborate throughout the summer to detail a plan to make the vision a reality. The Intern team will present the final project at the end of the program.
