Sasan Goodarzi has served as a member of Atlassian's board of directors since April 2018. Mr. Goodarzi is the chief executive officer (CEO) of Intiuit Inc. From May 2016 to December 2018, Mr. Goodarzi served as executive vice president and general manager of Intuit’s Small Business and Self-Employed Group. Mr. Smith began his AMERICAN SYSTEMS career in August 1980, and has been instrumental in aligning the company’s business development and delivery of strategic offerings with customer needs. Mr. Smith received a B.S. in Physics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University.
