As a Field Medical CaseManager at ForzaCare, you'll help injured workers navigate their recovery and return to work. Must comply with all state-specific licensure and certification requirements.
Prior experience in workers' compensation casemanagement is strongly preferred.

This full time, Medical CaseManager Position is responsible for providing individualized, comprehensive casemanagement and advocacy services to people living with HIV/AIDS in the northern region of Colorado. * Provides intensive CaseManagement, based on levels of acuity, to a caseload of assigned clients.
