I became an entrepreneur when I was just a teenager, selling my first business before my 20th birthday. During my long and winding career path, I’ve acquired a variety of skills and abilities that have enabled me to become a successful leader and business owner.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of creating successful business ventures that capitalized on my ability to analyze and manage risks and develop agile products and technologies. My current passion resides within the mission to improve ecommerce retention through standardization.

In 2009, I launched my latest business venture out of necessity after identifying a void in the market. Created to aid online merchants in their efforts to safeguard sustainable ecommerce growth, this idea grew into a comprehensive and robust solution. With growth rates exceeding all predictions, today Chargebacks911 is noted as one of the industry’s leaders, providing accountable, intelligent solutions with absolutely unrivaled results to retailers.

Currently, I serve as COO of Chargebacks911 and CIO of its parent company, Global Risk Technologies. I also co-founded eConsumer Services in an effort to bridge the gap between merchant and customer relations.

Aside from my business ventures, I am also an avid advocate for the role of women in IT and business leadership. Additionally, I strive to expand educational opportunities for the youngest members of society through my non-profit organization, Get Paid for Grades.

Brad works or has worked as Senior Director, Software Engineering at Mastercard Inc.. He attended Maryville University of Saint Louis between 2001 and 2006.

David Jimenez is an Operating Executive at Tailwind Capital and Chief Revenue Officer at Chargebacks911 and is based in Washington, D.C.. He has worked as Chief Revenue Officer at CenPOS, Chief Revenue Officer at Ingenico ePayments, and Managing Director at DR International Advisors BV. David attended Florida State University between 1987 and 1991.

Accomplished product management and consulting leader with a history of success and experience managing wonderful teams, creating new processes, formulating strategies, managing products, framing metrics, and delivering large programs with great companies.
