Responsibilities: Answer parts inquiries by phone and in person, helping customers identify and order the correct heavy equipment components. Create and process invoices accurately for all parts orders. Run credit card transactions and ensure all payment details are recorded correctly. Support inventory management by counting stock, restocking shelves, and helping maintain an organized parts area. Split your time between the front desk (about 75%) and warehouse support (about 25%). Assist with general office and parts-department tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
