Essential Key Job Responsibilities:
* Orient new residents to program guidelines and expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:

* CADC certified with the state of Iowa or certified within nine (9) months from date of hired.
* Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter training to be completed within 30 days of employment.
* Valid Driver's/Chauffeurs License required, must meet Mercy's Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, excellent communication skills.

Facilitates coordination with other PHC services, including medical, dental, mental health, and substance use, as well as referrals for services with external agencies, including emergency and crisis services.

Ensures clients have access to transportation to necessary appointments as appropriate, assisting with client transportation in accordance with PHC transportation policy.
