Overview Scout House is looking for a Creative Director to define, elevate, and deliver our creative vision - and help shape the future of the Creative Technology department. This is a foundational hire: our first in-house Creative Director, responsible for ensuring creative excellence, building brand consistency, and upleveling our video and campaign work across all client programs. This is a hybrid role - equal parts leader and maker. The Creative Director will concept, design, and produce work hands-on, while guiding a roster of freelance creatives to consistently deliver at the highest level. They will co-lead the Creative Technology function, ensuring creative and technical teams work seamlessly together to produce groundbreaking experiences. Job Description The Junior High Director plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive and engaging environment for students, ensuring that each young person has a dedicated adult who knows them and a welcoming place to belong. This position reports to the Junior High Pastor on the Youth team. A full-time, exempt position, the schedule generally includes weekend services, meetings at our Irvine campus, and additional time during the week. Responsibilities Collaborating closely with the Junior High Pastor, the Director will take ownership of key aspects of the ministry plan and provide leadership to volunteers and interns.
