    Job Description We are a well-established and rapidly growing commercial roofing and solar contractor with more than 30 years of industry experience and a strong reputation for quality, safety, and service throughout California. Our commercial division supports a diverse portfolio of work including commercial re-roofs, tenant improvements, preventative maintenance, repairs, and industrial roofing projects across the state. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead field crews and oversee the execution of commercial roofing projects across multiple systems. This is a hands-on, field-based leadership role that requires occasional overnight travel and reports directly to the Commercial Roofing Division Manager. Inspect safety equipment daily and ensure all company equipment is in safe working conditions. Assist with good housekeeping practices on the roof and staging roof areas with equipment and required materials. Participate in weekly meetings to discuss job site safety, project progress, and schedule. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises up to 10 employees within your crew, assisting with delegated tasks from Formen. Supervising and assisting crew members in absence of foreman.
