MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma/GED.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Must have one (1) year of recent experience in construction, mowing, or landscaping. Preferred crew leading experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Physical activities include climbing, balancing, stooping, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, reaching, fingering, grasping, and repetitive motions. Job Summary

Ability to understand, simplify, and communicate complex functionality to customers and crews. 5. Must be professional, courteous, and articulate when dealing with customers, crews, staff, and management. 6. Excellent basic math skills, working with hand power tools (i.e., drill, skill saw, gutter machine, etc.). 7. We are seeking a Landscape Lead to oversee and manage the company's lawn, landscaping, and porter crews. This role will be responsible for maintaining both commercial and residential properties, including mowing, trimming, landscaping, and general grounds clean-up.
The Landscape Lead must demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail. Duties and Responsibilities

Working with a Superintendent and teammates, apply your skills effectively to get work done efficiently, safely and correctly.
Work in your specialty area but be willing and able to contribute any work that helps drive project success.
Travel across the US to do work. We travel on 3-week on, 1-week off or 5-day on, 2-day off schedules depending on the location of the crew member and the work.

Qualifications

Schedule: Full-time | Weekend work required during peak season (April - December)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-job site inspections and develop mitigation strategies for potential challenges
Review Operations Google Calendar one week in advance and day before each project for job readiness
Attend weekly scheduling meetings and help maintain updated project schedules
Coordinate with other trades and 3rd party agencies to ensure seamless job execution
Assist with takeoffs and estimating for sealcoating and striping work
Order materials, traffic control, and equipment by 1:00 PM the prior day
Provide direction and daily job lineups to Crew Leads and crews
Rotate between crews daily to support and assess job progress
Mentor team members, train new employees, and participate in performance evaluations
Hold crew leads accountable and conduct Corrective Action conversations when necessary
Ensure all crew trucks complete DVIRs daily and complete your own each Monday (or first workday of the week)
Oversee proper site preparation including crack filling, cleaning, and obstruction removal
Monitor application rates, coverage, drying times, line widths, stencils, and markings
Ensure all work meets specifications and permits are in place before beginning work
Confirm sites are blocked off and secured the day before or morning of each job
Uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards at all times
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for safety incidents, equipment issues, and corrective actions
Abide by company policies and present a united front in all internal and external interactions
Maintain clean and organized vehicles and wear proper PPE and company-branded apparel
Attend jobsite and offsite meetings with clients, inspectors, and other agencies
Monitor weather conditions and report relevant info to the Operations Manager
Follow Lombardi time standard: "If you're early, you're on time. If you're on time, you're late."
Adhere to the office's inclement weather policy for salaried operations employees
No smoking in company vehicles
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in sealcoating, striping, or related construction/maintenance fields
Strong understanding of project scheduling, crew coordination, and field operations

Week day travel required throughout the US. Must live in the Nashville, TN area.
Responsibilities
Check work for quality and ensure install standards are met
Motivate, lead, and assist team members as needed to complete roofing project on time and under budget
Diagnose variety of roof leaks during warranty calls
Perform final walk-through with property management
Ensure daily/weekly reports and paperwork submitted on time.
Ensure all work is completed in a craftsman like manner and to the specifications and satisfaction of the customer.
Review current days work with crews, and check job site & crews for proper repair & safety procedures
Make decisions regarding manpower and equipment needs to keep up production.
Experience:
Experience with TPO, EPDM, or PVC a plus
Satisfactory work record as a Foreman or Supervisor with a similar size-roofing contractor.
Valid State Driver's License

Proficiency in time management and prioritization.
