    We are hiring several Refrigeration Foreman to work in Slidell, LA and the surrounding area. They will serve as a leader technical resource on assigned projects. This role will perform commercial maintenance, install, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair of refrigeration systems in grocery stores and other commercial businesses. Lead construction and installation team on refrigeration projects Follow plans to install new systems and modify existing systems Work with crew with diagnosing refrigeration systems and performing necessary repairs, piping and installs Ensure the necessary materials required for the project are on hand and readily available Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards Support a safe and clean work environment and follow company procedures Must be flexible - schedule consists of work days, nights and out of town Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards Provide Refrigeration or Fixtures project support and ensure a timely and quality completion of the project Support a safe and clean work environment and follow company procedures Ensures use of PPE and the application of safe behavior, including vehicle safety, by all employees.
