Consolidate fragmented customer data into a single, easy-to-access platform. Support the development of AI-driven analytics to identify customer priorities, service gaps, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with internal resources to drive strategic priorities and operational efficiency. Qualifications Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree or training in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field. Exposure to large language models, generative AI, or equivalent certifications is a plus. Experience or coursework in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
