This work will primarily involve collecting, analyzing, visualizing, and reporting quantitative data but may also include reporting and analyzing qualitative data. The Analyst will present and report findings to the Office of Student Success and the broader PSU community regularly, assist in developing assessment plans for student success projects, and analyze project outcomes. One of the analyst's primary responsibilities will be developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards used by both faculty and staff from various units across campus to explore and track key performance indicators and student success metrics. This position specifically supports initiatives funded by the Association of Public and Land Grant Universities' Transformational Change Collaborative grant.
