Your Role on Our Team: As a Staff Data Scientist - Promo Analytics, you will serve as a senior technical leader, driving the architecture and delivery of innovative analytics solutions that enable Milwaukee Tool to make fast, data-driven decisions about promotional strategies. Working closely with business partners and the Promo Analytics pod, you will design, build, and support the foundational systems that power our promo analytics capabilities. You will develop and implement scalable machine learning models and forecasting tools to optimize promotions, ensuring trusted and actionable insights across the organization.
