Mr. Snow has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Snow held the title of President. He began his career at FactSet in 1996 and spent several years establishing and growing the Company’s presence in the Asia Pacific region based in both Tokyo and Sydney. Mr. Snow then held various leadership roles within Global Content Sales & Americas Sales. He earned a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. A founder of Medidata Solutions, Tarek has served as CEO since 2001 and chairman since 2009. Including Medidata’s successful public offering in 2009, Tarek has led Medidata from startup to becoming the leading global provider of cloud-based solutions to the life science industry and one of the largest public technology companies founded in New York City. Medidata is the global leader in collecting and managing clinical trial data and supports trials in more than 120 countries, while defining the vertical cloud company business model. Medidata’s mission is to power smarter treatments and healthier people. Tarek has more than 30 years of leadership experience in health-tech and finance. Prior to Medidata, he co-managed and managed equity funds focused on public and private technology and life sciences companies, as well as holding various positions in finance. Tarek received his BA in economics from Yale University in 1984 and graduated from Columbia Business School in 1991, where he earned a degree in business administration and finance. He serves as the co-chair of the Partnership Fund for New York City, which is focused on creating business opportunities and jobs for city residents. Tarek also sits on the advisory board of Students on Ice, a not-for-profit organization focused on inspiring youth through educational expeditions to the polar regions, and​ the Musculoskeletal Advisory Board at NYU Langone Medical Center​.

Mark joined as the company's chief executive officer and as a director in April 2018. With extensive experience serving technology markets, Mark has a proven track record of advancing growth initiatives related to cloud, SaaS, mobile, big data, and IoT solutions. Prior to joining Nuance, Mark served as president and chief operating officer of NCR Corporation, where he oversaw sales, solutions management, business and product development, services and supply chain operations. Before that, he spent more than 20 years holding various leadership appointments at ADP, including president of global enterprise solutions, where he led a team of 20,000 employees, and managed a multi‑billion‑dollar portfolio across more than 100 countries. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in international finance and marketing from the University of Miami.

Michael Farlekas joined E2open in 2015 as CEO. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s overall operations, with direct oversight of sales, marketing, professional services, research and development, and strategy. Michael brings to E2open more than 20 years of sales, marketing and leadership experience in supply chain management and enterprise software. Prior to joining E2open, Michael was the VP and General Manager at Roadnet Technologies (now Omnitracs), the leading provider of last-mile routing and mobility solutions to Fortune® 50 clients. Previously, Michael spent 11 years at RedPrairie (now JDA Software) in roles that included SVP and General Manager, Industrial Business Unit, and VP, Industrial Sales. He also has held senior leadership roles at GATX Terminal Corp (now Kinder Morgan), an operator of petroleum and chemical distribution terminals worldwide, and CSX Transportation, a rail transportation provider offering comprehensive supply chain services. Michael holds an MBA with a concentration in international business from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Leif O’Leary is the Chief Executive Officer at Alegeus. Leif is a seasoned software industry executive with over 25 years of leadership and value creation experience - and a unique skill set in sales, go-to-market strategy development and operational excellence across multiple software end markets. In his current role as CEO, Leif is focused on guiding the company through the next chapter of its 25+ year history of growth and innovation. Prior to joining Alegeus, Leif was the Chief Executive Officer of Intralinks, a market-leading FinTech solution for secure high-stake transactions within the global banking, deal-making and capital market communities. Known as a mentor and motivator to his colleagues, Leif has a strong leadership style which allows for easy, open engagement between customers, suppliers, employees and C-level executives. Leif holds a BA in Political Science from Boston College.
