NorthropGrumman Corporate is seeking a full‑time Corporate Software Engineering Director 1 to lead the enterprise‑wide Software Engineering Council/Center of Excellence (CoE) and represent the Software Engineering function at the corporate level. Partner with HR, Communications, and sector teams to design and execute a comprehensive change‑management plan.
