Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement test plans and test cases.

Each resident participates in a structured schedule of activities that is responsive to their needs, choices and preferences as described in their individual needs and services plan. Job Description
The direct support professional will work closely with the House Manager in carrying out the individual program plans for residents in the Hatikvah residential home, preparing them to live independently if they are able and so choose. This will include assisting them with reading, math, budgeting and money management, the use of community resources, hygiene and laundry skills, food preparation, house keeping, kitchen safety and maintenance, and travel training in the community. Additional duties may be designated by the House Manager.
Program Duties
Provide a safe, calm and consistent routine

Provide integrated, recovery-oriented, rehabilitation and case management services to individuals in psychiatric crisis in a community based, residential setting.*
