Each Delivery Driver plays an essential role in ensuring our customers receive their order in a timely and friendly manner. Delivery Drivers may spend their shifts folding boxes, taking phone orders, assisting Restaurant Associates with back of house duties including making the finest quality product, and of course, delivering food orders to our customers. A driver may spend anywhere from 30% - 70% of their shift delivering orders and will assist where needed in the restaurant when not on deliveries. Operate truck to and from pre-designated work sites based on daily routing information to service, deliver or pick-up portable restroom units, hand sinks, restroom trailers, or holding tanks. Updates work orders with relevant delivery or pick-up detail. Assist in set-up and service of water systems and holding tanks, and troubleshooting customer issues. Maintain telephone or electronic messaging contact with dispatch to receive additional instructions, changes to work locations, etc. Effective use of IOS device for route information. Following the Company's safety guidelines, properly secures equipment to appropriate vehicle/equipment. Assist yard personnel when necessary to load and unload portable restrooms, hand sinks, restroom trailers and holding tanks.
