In the 90's John established and built a Business Process Outsourcing business for Capgemini, which was later sold to Vertex. He then established an IT Consultancy which was sold at the end of 1999. And since 2000 he has established and grown Endava both organically and by acquisition. Endava is focused on services to the Payments and Financial Services, Insurance, TMT, Mobility, Healthtech and Retail sectors, with over 6000 staff, across Europe and the Americas. Endava IPO'd in July 2018 on the New York Stock Exchange.

Helena Nimmo is a CIO at Endava and Non Executive Director at TONY COGDELL LTD and is based in Reading, Reading, United Kingdom. Eoin Woods is CTO at Endava, the European IT services company, an author, a conference speaker and an active member of the London software engineering community. His main technical interests are software architecture, distributed systems and computer security.

Rob has worked within the IT industry for over 25 years, and is now the Chief Operating Officer of Endava.

He specializes in assisting companies with large programmes of technology renewal.
