Primary Job responsibilities:
Manage a group of multi-disciplinary analysis engineers supporting current development programs, production programs and follow-on pursuits for air breathing propulsion RAMJET and SCRAMJET product lines. The manager will ensure that the technical plans meet the program requirements, scope, and cost/schedule constraints. In addition, she/he will actively manage their direct reports in areas such as safety, job expectations, quality of work, career goals, mentoring/coaching, and Engineering Department accountabilities. Further, he/she will ensure the staff receives the appropriate training and skill development opportunities to be successful in their roles and will provide feedback with respect to their individual performance levels.
Job Responsibilities
Planning, prioritization, allocation, and management of resources to ensure program engineering assignments are completed on schedule and within budget to the appropriate technical rigor as well as meeting department budgetary goals.

Basic Qualifications:

Primary Level Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $213,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Associate Director, WPB PDC Engineering Manager. This role is responsible for Assembly & Test Engineering at the West Palm Beach PDC. The WPB PDC currently delivers the F135 and various APU models and is actively bringing new programs into production. In addition to building engines, we build teams, with focus on proficiency growth, building strong cross functional relationships, and utilizing the CORE methodology to drive continuous improvement.
