Full support from the support staff. From the tech side (laptop, monitors, headsets) to the client side with AE’s (Account Executives) who provide support. The support staff are readily available through a simple yet effective communication pipeline that gives you instant access if you are stumped by a question and don't know the answer. And your co-workers are also there to give you support as needed.
If you are contracted for open enrollment you feel as if your missing out on the EOI family… during the rest of the year.
Full support from the provided laptops and supporting tech to the constant support and camaraderie you feel even while working remotely. Too bad there isn't a virtual water cooler your avatar could meet up at..
They are all approachable. Being able to just walk up to the CEO and start a conversation and feeling as if he actually is listening to you and not just tolerating talking to you. Something that is missing from a larger organization. The rest of the core staff is as approachable as the CEO, top down leadership.
I would not. They are dialed into their culture of being in service of their clients and their people. It's one of the reasons that have remained as successful as they are and growing.
I was just myself. They came across pretty clear about what they were looking for because they reached out to me. The call was relaxed, the job was explained and the expectations were set from the beginning with clear goals outlined.
