The CRRS is a residential setting in the community for consumers with chronic psychiatric disabilities. This position assists in developing individual service plans in a residential setting. Participate in the planning and implementation of educational and recreational activities in accordance with the individual's plan. Assist individuals to learn self-care skills through teaching and role modeling skills based on their individual needs and may include personal hygiene, nutrition, daily living skills, and safety practices. Assist individuals in developing skills towards living independently in the community such as problem solving, effective listening, conversational skills, interpersonal skills, good manners, and outcome actions planning.
