This position requires the ability to integrate launch activities from concept development to day of launch and on-orbit operations. The position will provide mission management and requirements integrated into all phases of planning and execution of NRO program support encompassing satellite-to-launch vehicle integration for all missions across the launch manifest. The candidate will integrate information and assess the overall launch status and readiness to support and meet multiple milestones and mission scenarios. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the high operations tempo launch environment of the NRO. Responsibilities Maintain complete and effective coordination, technical exchange and liaison with Government and Contractor counterparts Facilitate and coordinate development of mission requirements documents Coordinate and track status of Spacecraft, Launch Vehicle and Payload Processing facility plans, concepts of operations and procedures with the launch base and approval authorities Consolidate, communicate and manage all requirements utilizing tracking tools. Verify implementation of all mission requirements in support of established mission milestones Assess launch capability and/or technical baseline engineering changes for mission impacts Support the validation of requirements for equipment/facility modifications or enhancements and track to ensure mission critical requirements are implemented Recommend assignment of requirements to appropriate service providers Organize, document, execute and verify Launch Site, Launch IT and Launch Communication requirements in accordance with mission requirements Develop, maintain, and communicate Mission Support Baselines in accordance with the Enterprise Management Framework Coordinate and integrate requirements with all service providers Required Qualifications Must have an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and Counterintelligence Polygraph Master's degree from an accredited institution in relevant field (10 years of experience in a relevant field may be substituted for the education requirement) Strong attention to detail Experience working successfully across multiple organizations and levels of seniority to include senior executives Experience communicating effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience Proficiency using Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments while maintaining flexibility and versatility Excellent organizational skills: ability to plan, track and maintain due dates Exemplary writing and editing skills Experience fostering stable and productive working relationships that promote cooperation EEO employer **This job is contingent upon contract award**
