About the Role
As a Licensed Adolescent Mental Health Therapist (Fee-for-Service), you'll design your own schedule - whether part-time (as few as 4 clients per week) or full-time hours. This position offers flexible scheduling, telehealth options, and the opportunity to serve children, adolescents, and families in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
This is a Fee-for-Service (FFS) position offering flexibility and autonomy while receiving agency support, supervision, and access to resources.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, and families by:
Conducting assessments to understand clients' needs
Collaborating with families to create and implement personalized treatment plans
Providing individual, family, or group therapy sessions to promote growth and healing
Offering crisis intervention and conducting risk assessments when needed
Using evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality, compassionate care

Qualifications:

* Two years of specialized experience working in a group program with children or youth plus an associate's degree or at least 60 semester hours with a major course of study (24 semester hours) with content directly related to the age group to which assigned, for example: Child Development Centers: Early Childhood Education/Child Development, Elementary Education, Special Education. General psychology/sociology coursework is not qualifying.

* A bachelor's Degree or at least 120 semester hours with a major course of study (24 semester hours) with content as indicated above.

* Possess 24 months (2 years) working in a group childcare or youth program with completion of DoD approved competency training courses, evidenced by Service-issued documentation.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified" and may be sent first for consideration:
1. Experience assisting with childcare or youth program national accreditation processes.
2. Experience participating in multi-disciplinary or higher-level child/youth program inspections.
3. Experience working with varying age groups (early childhood, school age, youth).

FSS Duties:
* Support families to prevent the permanent placement of children out of their home.

POSITION SUMMARY
Ohio Christian University is seeking a full-time Admissions Counselor to join the Traditional Admissions team. POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Portage County office is looking for a full time Therapist to join our Functional Family Therapy (FFT) team. As a clinician on the FFT team, you will be specially trained in this evidence-based model focused on collaborative, integrated in-home treatment services for families with a child or adolescent at risk of or returning from out of home placement.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Accept assignment of cases as assigned to provide home or community based FFT services.
Provide, at a minimum, weekly one-hour, home-based family therapy sessions to clients.
Utilize the FFT model with families who have adolescents between the ages of 10 and 18.
Carry a required caseload as identified per model or Supervisor discretion, providing services anywhere from three to six months.
Provide and participate in the following services, including, but not limited to:
evaluations and assessments

support, including education and consultation for families and/or significant others regarding the clients' mental illness

* Duties and Responsibilities
* Superior customer service

* prepares food items (hot and cold)
* restocks food items
* serves food items
* maintains clean and sanitary work area
* must be able to work independently or with others

* responsible for opening and closing of the work area
* proper food storage
* sweeping and mopping
* works with POS transactions (cash/meal plan/hawks bucks'/credit cards)
* all other duties as assigned.
* dining services is a 7 day a week operation and will require early morning/late nights'/weekend hours
* Qualifications - Education, Experience, and Skills
* Full-time enrollment
For all Tier I positions, students need only be enrolled full time. Once students are able to show professionalism, appropriate work ethic, timeliness and effective completion of duties as assigned, they will be eligible for promotion to a Tier II positions upon the recommendation of their area supervisor.
