Our Brands Responsibilities: The Family Centered Treatment Specialist is a Bachelor's level role responsible for a smaller case load typically with an average of 4 to 5 clients providing quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment model. Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements. FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment in order to continue to provide FCT services and maintain employment with Health Connect America (HCA). Complete FCT Checkoffs and other internal trainings within designated deadlines. Trainings are assigned and monitored through an e-learning system. Deliver FCT services to children, adolescents, and their families, primarily in their living environments, with a family focus. Provide 24/7 on-call coverage to a caseload of families and children. Service is regularly provided in the home and community and will require service provision at the convenience of the child and family requiring a flexible work schedule. Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents with the child and family and ensure the documents are entered/uploaded timely in the Electronic Health Record, according to company standards. Develop Service Plan in coordination with Treatment Team Process and maintain the plan per designated authorization processes in the clinician's area of service. Work collaboratively on behalf of the child and family with the identified Treatment Team members to ensure effective communication and coordinated service provision. Conduct ongoing revisions of Service Plan and is responsible for implementation of Service Plan. Provide psychoeducation as indicated in the Service Plan. Conduct interventions with the family aligned with the FCT model to include facilitating the movement of the child and family through the four phases of treatment and completing all fidelity documents. Assist the families and children to establish weekly goals and help them to identify the steps that need to be taken to reach the established goals. Make referrals to services and resources on behalf of the families and children. Develop and coordinate discharge plan based on treatment, indicating all relevant aftercare needs and plans. Access community resources that would be beneficial to client aftercare needs. Coordinate and oversee the initial and ongoing assessment activities. Convene the Treatment Team for Service Plan. Consult with identified medical (e.g., primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical (e.g., Dept. of Child Services, school, Dept. of Juvenile Justice) providers; engage community and natural supports and include their input in the person-centered planning process. Ensure linkage to the most clinically appropriate and effective services including arranging for psychological and psychiatric evaluations. Provide and coordinate behavioral health services and other interventions for the youth or other family members with other behavioral health professionals and Treatment Team members. Monitor and document the status of the consumer's progress. Participate in Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities to include audits, corrections and designated improvement plans and projects. Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field is required. Two years' experience working with youth or families. Additional state specific requirements include: NC, VA- QMHP or ability to register as a QMHP MS- Must be provisionally credentialed as a PCSS in Mississippi with eligibility to be fully credentialed as a CCSS in Mississippi. JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION This position provides in home visitation services to enrolled participants, providing linkage and referral to other services and support to enhance family functioning by: building trusting relationships, teaching problem-solving skills, and improving the family's support system. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for initiating and maintaining regular and long-term (up to five years) contact and support with families. This activity will occur primarily within the family's home; with visits lasting around an hour. What Will You Do? * Follow operational policies to analyze, investigate, and resolve BSI claims of varying levels of severity with moderate supervision from claims management. * Prepare and present reports for management that accurately reflect loss development, potential/actual financial exposure, reserve adjustments, coverage issues, and claim and recovery strategies. * Retain, monitor, and manage outside counsel actively utilizing litigation management plans and budgets. * Communicate with underwriting on significant claim exposures. * Continue to develop the ability to identify all recovery opportunities and coordinate recovery efforts with the Recovery Management Unit and Claim management. * Travel to and attend mediations, settlement conferences, claim conferences, field office visits, trials and depositions. * Refine policy interpretation/coverage analysis skills including drafting coverage opinions with case law included. * Strengthen the ability to negotiate settlements/resolutions, review releases and settlement agreements, including confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions. * Support underwriting marketing efforts, including participation in broker and account visits and risk mitigation seminars and authoring customer-focused white papers and articles. * Monitor marketplace conditions, conduct research, and draft reference materials to inform claim and underwriting colleagues on law impacting Travelers' underwriting and claim decisions. * Obtain and maintain required adjusters' licenses. * Perform other duties as assigned. * What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? * Five or more years of relevant legal or claim handling work experience. * Demonstrated ability to effectively work through conflict and resolve issues with a professional demeanor. * Ability to make sound decisions and negotiate terms and conditions within designated authority limit. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate coverage determinations. * Time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with an attention to detail, data and analytics. * Ability to build and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues, customers, and business partners.     Job Description The Behavior Analyst is responsible for creating and overseeing the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for patients. This role includes leading, supervising, and supporting a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers to ensure successful delivery of treatment and ongoing patient progress. What you will be doing: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans. Train Behavior Technicians, family members, and caregivers on treatment plans and their implementation. Conduct regular supervision of patients within your caseload via in-person sessions or telehealth, as clinically recommended. Communicate program updates and changes to caregivers and the ABA team to ensure consistency in care. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy as needed, based on treatment plans. Act as a liaison between Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and other service providers. Complete six-month authorization reports and other required documentation. Monitor weekly patient progress and present updates during team meetings. Timely creation of reports, including progress reports, Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals, and assessments with support from the Assistant Director. Ability to lift, carry, and physically assist patients as needed. Must be able to assume a variety of physical postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, etc.) for extended periods. Willingness to physically intervene when necessary, per the Behavior Intervention Plan, when working with patients with challenging behavior. Manual dexterity required for data collection and interaction with electronic devices. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
