Accountable for assuring availability of solar civil resources with proper expertise and tools to support assigned construction project execution. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provides civil support for national solar construction projects. - Directs administration and training of solar construction civil personnel for national construction projects. - Develops standard operating procedures for construction execution which minimizes cost and duration of construction activities. - Monitors, evaluates, and reports civil performance of assigned construction projects to Solar Operation Manager. - Provides recommendations to Solar Operation Manager regarding project civil staff assignments/teams. - Acts as liaison between construction and engineering for all civil related matters. - Ensures all Construction Projects meet the Client specified civil quality standards. - Support site Civil Superintendents in developing SOPs, man-loaded and equipment-loaded schedules (fragnet schedules), staging plans, bill of materials, quality control plans. - Leads weekly civil superintendent calls to discuss safety, quality, productivity, and resource needs. - Establishes and maintains relationships and develops a high level of trust and credibility with key clients, alliance partners, subcontractors, and project teams. - Communicates lessons learned. Position-Specific Details:
Appointment Type: This position may be filled as a probational appointment or a job appointment that may last up to 48 months. Job appointments may convert to probational appointments. Provide transportation with parent or guardian permission to appointments and services as needed and as feasible
Meet with each assigned survivor weekly if in town; meet with survivors placed out-of-town monthly; maintain communication through other means in between weekly meetings
With input from the care coordination team, create and update safety plans for youth
Attend external case staffings, emergency response meetings, and service staffings
Document all interactions with survivors, their families, and partner agencies within 72 hours
Alert supervisor when difficult situations arise
Recognize red flag behavior and report to supervisor
When not otherwise available, provide an appropriate level of support to non-offending family members of victims to help create a good home environment to which the victim can return while maintaining needed boundaries.
Convey a service-oriented approach:
Communicate an eagerness to be helpful, starting with every referral, initial contact, and/or initial engagement and continuing through service delivery, with all stakeholders.
Provide those seeking assistance with help, even when they are ineligible for advocacy services or are seeking something outside Unbound Nows scope.

Job Responsibilities:
Respond to calls from law enforcement, care coordinators, and other referral sources when on call; arrive at the victim's location within the required time frame
Meet immediate physical needs of youth - clothes, food, toiletries, etc.
Provide ongoing field-based advocacy, case management, and emotional support
Independently coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation of services for assigned caseload
Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop service plans, and make independent decisions in the field regarding the safety and well-being of assigned youth
Provide transportation with parent or guardian permission to appointments and services as needed and as feasible
Meet with each assigned survivor weekly if in town; meet with survivors placed out-of-town monthly; maintain communication through other means in between weekly meetings
With input from the care coordination team, create and update safety plans for youth
Attend external case staffings, emergency response meetings, and service staffings
Document all interactions with survivors, their families, and partner agencies within 72 hours
Alert supervisor when difficult situations arise
Recognize red flag behavior and report to supervisor
When not otherwise available, provide an appropriate level of support to non-offending family members of victims to help create a good home environment to which the victim can return while maintaining needed boundaries.
Convey a service-oriented approach:
Communicate an eagerness to be helpful, starting with every referral, initial contact, and/or initial engagement and continuing through service delivery, with all stakeholders.
Provide those seeking assistance with help, even when they are ineligible for advocacy services or are seeking something outside Unbound Now's scope.

Balance the limitations of the advocate role with being resourceful, including seeking help from others as needed.
Be consistent, reliable, and flexible. Collaborate actively in support of partners' objectives.
Ensure case management in collaboration with the on-going system and service- or

+ Active engagement by picking up and working shiftsas well as responding to our attempts at contact. You must work at least one shift within 5months or you will be administratively terminated.
+ Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
+ Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
