Hours are Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. with possible OT
Responsibilities
Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Qualifications
0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
High attention to detail.
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

Responsibilities:
Able to perform basic appliance installation and possess the desire to learn custom appliance installations - training provided.
Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
Ensures the installed appliances are damage free, accurately installed according to manufacturer's specifications and are fully functioning.
Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers - you take care of a vast array of customers.
Attend company paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on all product changes.
Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:

Basic Function:

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the inside sales team (Event Sales Consultant). Work together to meet monthly sales goals.
Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone and over email, to ensure happiness, and return customers.
Identify and research potential sales leads to visit, along with leads generated by inside sales team.
Conduct 40 pre-planned in-person meetings with existing and potential clients every month (10/week), recorded with notes in CRM, with future tasks indicated for follow-up.
Create a 12-month business plan, with core objectives and quarterly initiatives to follow throughout the year to meet minimum level of in-person meetings, networking events, and maximize market share.
Entering information related to potential leads and existing clients.
Create presentations for client's individual event needs, as well as in-person meetings.
Help clients design their event using furniture, and suggest alternative options based on theme, budget, availability, and style.
Communicate rental policies to clients. Manage client expectations with clear and consistent communication.
Attend all Sales/Ops weekly meetings.
Attend 3-5 Networking Events per month.
Participate in monthly calls with regional sales team, be open to discussing change, growth, and improvement, and willing to participate in training to better succeed at this role.
Assist in communication with clients related to aging and billing.
Qualifications
Qualification/Skills:
Stellar networking skills.
Excels in new account business development.
Experience in sales calls and in-person presentations.
Familiar with social and corporate event markets in the Bay Area.
Knowledge of the Destination Management Company (DMC) business.
Computer savvy and familiar with MS Office suite of software.
Familiarity with Salesforce a plus!
A proven successful track record.

Demonstrate outside sales skills.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Customer service experience, and the ability to build relationships.

The Position
The Retail Stock Associate is responsible for supporting the retail team by safely and efficiently moving furniture and home décor items on and off the sales floor as directed. This includes setting up showroom displays, assisting with floor resets, maintaining organized backroom and stock areas, and ensuring all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly store at all times, including dusting, vacuuming, and general upkeep.
Prepare and maintain product displays on the sales floor as requested.
Report any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to management immediately.
Provide support in all areas of business operations as needed.
Build and maintain an understanding of store products and pricing to help manage stock levels at the assigned location.
Remove sold merchandise from the sales floor and prepare items for customer pickup or delivery.
Pull products for delivery, move them to the staging area, and assist with loading.
Follow proper material-handling procedures to prevent injuries and minimize product damage.
Move and reorganize stock as directed by management to effectively merchandise the sales floor.
Assemble or disassemble furniture as directed by store management.
Maintain an organized sales floor and stock area, including cleaning and touching up product as needed.
Operate a forklift to move, store, and restock furniture as needed.

Qualifications
5 years of HVAC related industry experience, emphasis on VRF, Ductless and knowledge of crossover products
Experience as sales consultant/contractor, distributor HVAC sales or factory representative.
Project sales of hospitality or multifamily construction, a huge plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer and MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel
The ability to delegate work
Self-motivation and are process-oriented to manage multiple priorities
Very detailed and meticulous and comfortable performing within established processes
