Ferguson is currently looking for the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Customer Service Representative. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers on the showroom floor
Strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering
Support efforts of Outside Sales Associates
Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing.
Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
Requirements:
0-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of plumbing fixtures, lighting, and appliances preferred

Able to perform basic appliance installation and possess the desire to learn custom appliance installations - training provided.
Accurate handling and installation of basic gas and electric household appliances such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
Ensures the installed appliances are damage free, accurately installed according to manufacturer's specifications and are fully functioning.
Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers and on-site customers - you take care of a vast array of customers.
Attend company paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on all product changes.
Be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery & Installation Service is preferred.
Valid state issued license is required.

Preference is given to candidates with at least 2 years of sales experience in the HVAC/R industry.

Responsibilities:
Setup and maintain machines in the shop for pipe fabrication
Accurately measure, record, and add random pipe length
Measure and cut pipe with band saw and/or torch, rolling and grooving single and double random lengths and threading and beveling of pipe with landis machines
Move loose and /or bundled pipe from various locations within the pipe yard
Assemble pipe orders whether in single sticks or bundles and maintain work supplies in an organized manner
Observe vital safety precautions for fabrications, cutting, assembling, stacking and shipping of pipe for storage and transportation
Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures
Qualifications:

Experience and training in operating machinery for the use of cutting and threading pipe according to OSHA regulations preferred

The Position

**Role Overview**

**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate all aspects of branch operations, ensuring flawless execution of the 5 Daily Activities, P&L Management, sales growth, customer service and associate development:
+ Successfully implement strategies to drive sales growth and manage profit & loss.
+ Cultivate positive relationships with customers, especially House Account customers, to guarantee high levels of satisfaction
+ Implement company strategies at the local level to compete effectively in the market.
+ Manage and optimize pricing, inventory, and logistics to maintain an efficient work environment.
+ Lead, develop, and motivate all associates in the branch, encouraging a high-performance culture aligned with company values. Manage and lead all associates in their location (sales, operations, logistics associates) driving customer first focus, accountability, and a high-performance.
+ Lead a First in Safety Culture by adhering strictly to HSE policies and encouraged behaviors.
**Qualifications**
+ 2+ years management/sales leadership and 2 years of market development industry experience is preferred
+ Ability to organize, prioritize, problem solve, deliver results, multi-task and effectively lead through stressful situations
+ Proven track record to use data and metrics to implement effective solutions
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
+ P&L execution and the ability to posses strong financial competence

Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
Qualifications
Industry experience in Plumbing/HVAC preferred
0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
