Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus but not required). 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a product-based, inventory-intensive, or high-growth business. Strong technical accounting skills with a deep understanding of GAAP. Proven experience in inventory and cost accounting. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required). Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical ability. Self-starter who thrives in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
