NAMSS CPCS certification (or commitment to obtain within 1 year of eligibility). Solid grasp of medical terminology, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and database accuracy/quality control. Professional, composed communicator who manages multiple deadlines and exercises sound judgment. Nice to have Experience supporting a Level I trauma environment and/or Epic exposure.
