Creative Design Development
Bring creative concepts to life and balance multiple projects with multi-faceted thinking

Meet all assigned deadlines while anticipating design lead, strategy team and client edits
Follow internal processes for projects by utilizing necessary tools (Asana, Server, software, time tracking, etc.)
Assist with client special projects and campaigns through creation of timely and thoughtful content
Own all project execution from conception to review, and incorporate feedback from design lead
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective solutions
Quickly answer design questions from Strategy team
Creative Team Engagement
Actively assist the Graphic Design Lead, Photography team, and Videography team with assigned work
Engage with Strategy team regularly to promote collaborative design teamwork across Evoke
Other Responsibilities

Job Description
The Apparel Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating graphic designs for various apparel products, including t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, dye sublimation, and other garments.
Responsibilities:
Create and develop original graphic designs for apparel products that align with brand identity and target audience.
Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive collections.
Create mockups and present design concepts for feedback and approval.
Research current trends in apparel graphics, color palettes, and printing techniques to stay ahead of the curve.
Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards.
Prepare artwork files for printing, including color separations and file formatting.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.
Keep abreast of industry developments and continuously seek opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.
Required to travel approximately 3 - 4 times per year. Additionally, there may be occasional weekend work as directed by the company.
Requirements:
Degree or 4+ years in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
Proven experience as an Apparel Graphic Designer is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as receiving and producing results based on feedback provided.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in design execution.
Portfolio showcasing a range of apparel graphic design projects.
Knowledge of printing processes is a plus.
Must understand art placement and sizing.

What You'll Do

Job Description
Do you enjoy working in the cross media and packaging industry? Belmark is seeking a Web-to-Print Graphics Technician to manage the flow and processing of graphic orders and artwork from initial developmental stages into our established commercial process. Work directly with the Customer, Sales Team, Account Service Team, and Print Manufacturing Team to ensure the proper format, appearance, color, and layout of text and images are correctly set before printing.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 2:00PM - 12:00AM
Hours can be flexible: 10:00AM - 8:00PM, 11:00AM - 9:00PM, etc.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential
*A pre-employment drug test is required if offered the position.
Position Overview
Evaluate and electronically assemble customer supplied files based on Web-to-Print specifications and tolerances.
Review and understand technical drawings and label instructions to verify files are being set up accurately.
Consult with customers on packaging designs to improve the overall appearance and printability of the customer's design based on Web-to-Print print specifications and tolerances. This may include preproduction meetings with the customer, external vendors or internal production personnel.
Utilize proper workflows for digital file output and/or plating files when applicable.
Utilize visual and electronic verification methods to ensure accuracy when proofing.
Generate, review and send accurate PDF and Contract Proofs.
Maintain quality workmanship within department standards.
Must learn and exhibit comprehensive knowledge of BELMARK's graphic, press and finishing capabilities for all Web-to-Print product types.
Serve as point of contact for graphic related questions by providing information directly to account services, customers, designers and sales representatives regarding BELMARK's graphic capabilities, printing and converting capabilities, specifications and tolerances.
Continually promote and educate customers on the advantages of Web-to-Print Services.
Document discussions and requests regarding projects.
May do presentations and training for internal and external customers.
Perform color management tasks when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school.
Preferable to have two (2) years of related printing or graphics experience.
Knowledge of consumer products packaging, production design and print production preferred.
Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
Ability to type accurately.
