· Be a go-to brand steward and expert in applying guidelines to various forms of internal and external communications materials and platforms
· Learn and share best practices and encourage creativity with all marketing team members, staying abreast of and applying design trends · Ensure timely reviews and approvals before distribution of assigned projects
· Initiate and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
· Work together with team to transform ideas into actionable deliverables, assets, and cohesive campaigns
· Aid in developing brand style guides and style treatment boards for campaigns

The contributions you will make:
This position is integral to the brand and creative services team, managing project tasks and assignments from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes. Collaborates with senior team members and various departments to create assets that align with the Compeer brand's identity and marketing objectives, while effectively conveying the business's key messages. Assists in producing a diverse range of creative assets, including print, digital, and video, contributing to visually compelling materials that enhance marketing initiatives.
A typical day:
Creating, Designing and Developing
Supports the brand and creative services team in the development and execution of creative projects, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to completion.
Collaborates closely with senior team members to create assets that reflect the Compeer brand's identity, meet brand standards and align with marketing objectives.
Engages with marketing and product teams to create design solutions that convey the business's key messages effectively. Ensures design outputs align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences. Works collaboratively with marketing and product teams to develop design solutions that effectively communicate the business' message.
Assists in the creation of a variety of creative assets across different media formats, including print, digital, and video. Produces visually compelling materials that support marketing initiatives and helps to enhance the brand's creative output. Supports the creation of print, digital and video assets to support marketing messages.
Utilizes data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensures assets remain relevant and impactful and continuously enhance the brand's creative strategies.
Collaborates with the marketing operations team to create multi-channel assets that support and enhance campaign strategies. Coordinates the development of materials that are consistent across various platforms and channels, ensuring campaigns are cohesive, effective, and aligned with marketing goals. Reviews graphic materials to ensure they meet quality and brand consistency standards before they are published or printed.
Develops and deploys creative assets across social media platforms for three distinct brands. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and strategic content delivery that enhances brand presence and engagement.

Works closely with the brand and creative team to coordinator project tasks and assignments.
Collaborates with media buyer to organize and traffic creative assets to media partners.
Organizes assets and creative projects within project management software to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

The skills and experience we prefer you have:
Bachelor's degree in advertising, graphicdesign, marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience with experience in financial services or agriculture preferred.
Proven experience in developing creative assets for both B2B and B2C environments.
Proven experience in a similar role leveraging Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premier and Canva.
Strong organization and coordination skills for managing project elements and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly and maintain effective collaboration with team members.
Understanding of brand identity and marketing objectives.
Skills in graphicdesign and familiarity with various media formats.
Analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to creative work.
Knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies and campaign development.

Principal User Experience Designer - AI Experiences

We're a multidisciplinary design team shaping the future of travel through human‑centered, AI‑powered experiences. Our mission is to help travelers imagine, plan, book, and manage every part of their journey across Expedia Group's family of brands and platforms - with clarity, delight, and confidence.

This role drives measurable business impact by translating AI strategy into inspiring, customer‑centered experiences that increase engagement, conversion, and loyalty. Through visionary design and prototyping, it helps identify new revenue opportunities, streamline customer journeys, and improve operational efficiency. By defining the design standards for AI‑powered travel, this role advances both customer satisfaction and Expedia Group's competitive differentiation.
In this role, you will:
Translate strategic vision into high‑impact visual stories and prototypes that clarify, align, and accelerate the future of AI‑driven travel experiences across Expedia Group.
Lead through making: use exceptional visual design and prototyping skills to rapidly explore, validate, and communicate ideas.
Push the boundaries of AI and next‑generation interfaces, envisioning new paradigms for conversational, multimodal, and adaptive experiences.
Design for agentic and mixed‑initiative interactions, crafting clear mental models and user feedback mechanisms for uncertain or probabilistic systems.
Evolve Expedia's design system to support AI‑native patterns, adaptive layouts, and intelligent interaction logic.
Integrate data‑informed design principles, ensuring that personalization, prediction, and automation are seamlessly expressed through the system.
Create visual frameworks that promote accessibility, consistency, and trust across all surfaces and contexts.
Evangelize the value of AI experience design within the organization-connecting creative ambition with practical outcomes.
Foster a culture of open critique, inclusion, and curiosity where design excellence and learning coexist.
Collaborate across disciplines to align on strategy, share insights, and collectively raise the quality bar for AI‑driven design.
Champion the traveler's voice in every AI interaction, ensuring experiences remain transparent, empathetic, and empowering.
Partner with research and data teams to understand behavioral patterns, context, and intent-translating insights into adaptive design strategies.
Embed responsible AI design principles that prioritize fairness, explainability, and user trust.
Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with fluency in prototyping tools and methods.
Deep expertise in AI, conversational, and agentic experience design-including multimodal and adaptive paradigms.
Strong foundation in data‑informed design, using metrics and behavioral signals to guide decisions.
Proven ability to lead through influence, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Minimum qualifications
8+ years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Cognitive Science, or related design or technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
Demonstrated thought leadership and domain expertise in designing complex, AI‑driven systems and experiences.
Mastery in visual design and prototyping and strong proficiency in UX design, system design, and motion design.
Deep understanding of AI and conversational design tools and methods, including prototyping with LLMs, prompt engineering, data‑informed interaction design, and expert knowledge of modern design and prototyping platforms such as Figma.
The total cash range for this position in Austin is $224,000.00 to $313,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $358,500.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in New York is $242,000.00 to $338,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $387,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $208,000.00 to $291,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $333,000.00. The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $224,000.00 to $313,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $358,500.00. The total cash range for this position in San Jose is $242,000.00 to $338,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $387,000.00.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
