Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Overview
Bloom Nutrition is seeking a GraphicDesigner, International with 2-4 years of professional experience to join our growing Austin team! This role will be responsible for designing and localizing packaging for our international markets, including Mexico, the UK, and Australia, while also supporting the broader Creative Team on US-based campaign assets.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English), detail-oriented, and excited to bring Bloom's visual identity to life across global markets. This person will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, balancing hands-on design work across packaging, digital, and campaign channels.
* Leverage approved campaign direction to execute 360 assets and guidelines
* Design, adapt, and localize packaging for international markets (Mexico, UK, Australia), maintaining brand consistency and regional compliance.
* Translate and proof design layouts and copy for Spanish-speaking markets (Mexico), ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy.
* Assist with campaign direction, mood boards, content ideation
* Create static and motion-based assets for paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), display ads, banners, retargeting, and email campaigns optimized for performance.
* Partner with the performance marketing team to brainstorm concepts and design digital ads
* Collaborate with creative and brand team to execute compelling, forward-thinking assets that cut through the creative noise
* Help design sales assets, including sell sheets, decks, presentations, and product/display mockups
* Prepare photography and videography for campaign usage, including organizing, retouching, color grading, photoshopping, etc
* Update website creative (banners, PDP assets, etc.)
* Create assets for social channels (editing Tiktoks, IG stories & grids)
What You Bring
* 2-4+ years of experience in graphicdesign with a portfolio showcasing diverse marketing assets
* Proficiency in Packaging design and translation
* Passionate about wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and/or pop culture
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and/or similar tools.
* Experience designing for paid media (Meta, Google Display, etc.) is required.
* Ability to conceptualize and develop performance-minded creative in collaboration with copywriters and marketers.
* Comfortable working with creative briefs and marketing data.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks that vary in complexity and urgency.

Responsibilities
Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
Determine creative needs and create design requirements
Schedule, manage, and deliver multiple projects meeting define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements (i.e. Physical or Digital)
Work with a wide range of media and graphicdesign software (i.e. Adobe CC, Figma, Wix, WordPress, ActiveCampaign)
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Requirements
Proven graphicdesign experience
A strong profile of work showing a wide range of creative projects
Proficient with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and XD)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in design, fine arts, or a related field

Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred

Manage and execute client vision- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand the assignment, audience and intended message. Create original visual designs that communicate the desired intentions in a visually appealing, creative, and unified way. Consult with team members as needed and revise projects when necessary based on feedback. Coordinate all production requirements and provide final approval notification.
Design and detail - Design and select graphics, clip art, and photography as needed. Choose fonts for written copy and manufacture samples of layouts for approval by the client. Prepare samples for the client and appropriate staff for review.
