You'll work across packaging, marketing collateral, digital campaigns, e-commerce assets, social media support, and internal communications, collaborating closely with marketing, e-commerce, sales, product, operations, and content teams. What You'll Do Packaging & Label Design: Create packaging, labels, and artwork; produce die lines and print-ready files; ensure accuracy of ingredients, nutrition, and regulatory info; support new product lines and brand refreshes. Print & Marketing Collateral: Design brochures, catalogs, ads, trade show graphics, presentation decks, and other sales/support materials. Digital Content Creation: Design graphics for websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads; develop reusable templates and assets. E-Commerce & Marketplace Support: Create banners, product page graphics, promotional assets, and enhanced listings for Shopify, Amazon, and other platforms. Internal Marketing & Communications: Design graphics for company events, announcements, training, onboarding, and internal culture initiatives. Project Management & Collaboration: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion; organize assets and files; work with stakeholders and creative teams. Performance & Quality: Review and proof designs for accuracy and consistency; adjust assets based on performance insights and platform best practices. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of professional graphic design experience across print, packaging, and digital. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience designing for web, e-commerce, email, and social media; Shopify and Klaviyo a plus. Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and color. Experience with die lines, print production, and packaging workflows. Attention to detail with technical and regulatory information. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience in CPG, food packaging, or manufacturing is a plus. Familiarity with FDA/USDA labeling is a bonus (or willingness to learn).
