Prior to the North American leadership role, he was the Global Head of Strategy & Transformation, where he worked closely with the Executive Committee to define and implement the strategic direction of the company. Previously Neil was a senior member of the Marsh & McLennan (MMC) M&A / Corporate Development team.

Before joining MMC in 2010, he was with the Transfer Pricing practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Neil holds a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
