We are hiring a talented Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this site, a warehouse worker plays an important role in the business's success. You would perform a range of functions that may include; processing of incoming stock/materials, packing/filling orders, and shipping orders. While doing these functions in the warehouse, we look for accuracy and efficiency to insure achievement of corporate and customers' objectives. This job does not require any previous warehouse experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing items in their correct location
Properly picks and packs orders (as assigned) to be shipped according to company standards
Reliably retrieves items in the warehouse to be processed and shipped
Verifies and records incoming product (as assigned) accurately and efficiently.
Understands barcode technology and operates RF equipment as assigned
Operates automated picking equipment, power conveyors, and forklifts as assigned
Organize and sort items on shelving, bins and overhangs according to the company standards
Maintain and report all safety procedures/issues
Assists in maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse
Consistently achieves or exceeds warehouse operational pick/pack/ship/receive volume and quality standards
Positive attitude. Excellent time management and attendance performance
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required; must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to read and comprehend pick tickets, purchase orders, receiving slips, route slips and instructions.
Must be able to do basic arithmetic; skill levels normally acquired through the completion of high school.
Operates automated carts and other power equipment.
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Knowledge of Polaris product and parts preferred
Prior forklift experience preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS
Standard fast- paced warehouse environment
Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. individually or 100 lbs. with a team lift, as many warehouse items are heavy
Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for long periods of time and working primarily standing (8-9hrs) with some stairs
Ability to tolerate heights up to 26 feet
During peak operational periods overtime may be required, including weekends
The starting pay rate is $17.35 per hour. Further pay increases are based on tenure and certification (training) progression (up to $23.76) This role is also eligible for Polaris' profit sharing program, which consists of a bonus target of 15%.
Base Pay Range:
$17.35 - $21.40

Qualifications

Job Summary
The Nursing Assistant Trainee is enrolled in a learning experience designed to develop the confidence and competence to serve as a caregiver that provides personal care to clients. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, the trainee, in partnership with a preceptor, provides holistic client-centered care that promotes independence and client rights in a safe, caring, and efficient manner. The trainee is required to work within the role of a non-certified nursing assistant. The trainee is enrolled in a formal nursing assistant program and is required to fulfill all training requirements in the designated timeframe. The Trainee is not allowed to perform any service(s) unless they have been trained and found to be proficient by the instructor. The program is delivered in hybrid format which includes an online curriculum and hands on skills development. Trainees learn the skills and processes needed to provide care and assistance to clients. At completion of the training program, participants will be prepared to take state knowledge and skills exams to obtain the Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) or other state certification designation.
While in the Nursing Assistant Training Program, the trainee serves as a member of the nursing team and will be held accountable to know and follow location-specific standards for infection prevention and control, personal protective equipment use, safety, and privacy. The trainee demonstrates the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. This role requires an ability to do detailed work correctly, handle stress, demonstrate critical thinking, and prioritize responsibilities. The trainee works with clients and their families to ensure their physical, cognitive, spiritual, emotional, and social needs are met. The trainee delivers age-appropriate care to meet the physical, psychological, and restorative needs of the client as defined in the care plan.
The trainee assists the care team and documents client care when appropriate. The trainee communicates changes in client condition and care-related concerns to a licensed nurse. The trainee assists with basic health care needs and activities of daily living such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, undressing, obtaining vital signs, providing psychosocial support, and delivering other personal care as assigned. The trainee assists the client in transferring, repositioning, range of motion exercises, and walking using appropriate transfer techniques and equipment. The trainee assists clients with meals and snacks and provides water and nutritional supplements as appropriate. The trainee assists with housekeeping, laundry services, and other duties as assigned within non-certified nursing assistant role.
Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required within four months of employment.
When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor. Vehicle report and proof of valid driver's license. Must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of this position as per our Sanford Driving Policy per the leaders request.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the full food service operation within the Vermillion Club. Duties include preparing and serving snacks and meals, assisting with menu development, maintaining cleanliness and organization of all food service areas, supporting food deliveries, and ensuring compliance with state health and safety regulations. This role helps provide a positive dining experience for youth and collaborates with leadership to maintain consistent standards. This is a part-time position, approximately 2:00-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday during the school year. Summer hours may be discussed.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Collaborate with the Regional Manager, Unit Director, and program staff to plan menus that support nutrition, youth engagement, and program needs.
Prepare, stage, and serve food-including snacks, meals, and special programs.
Oversee proper food storage, rotation, refrigeration, and kitchen organization in accordance with state regulations.
Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning and sanitizing kitchen spaces, café areas, equipment, and prep surfaces.
Assist with receiving food deliveries and organizing inventory (truck deliveries, pantry, freezers, coolers, etc.).
Ensure all food service operations meet health, safety, and regulatory standards; complete required Food Safe training.
Support program development related to nutrition, café activities, and hands-on food education.
Assist Youth Development Professionals with member supervision and positive behavior supports during mealtimes.
Assist as needed with Club events that include food service or special meals.
Lead or support grant-funded food service programming, ensuring compliance and completion of required reports.
Attend and participate in all required meetings, including monthly staff meetings, weekly 1:1 meetings with supervisor, and weekly team meetings; support communication and follow-through with the team.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Employment Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience working with youth (Preschool-12th Grade) is preferred but not required.
Availability: Monday-Friday from approximately 2:00-6:00 PM during the school year.
Summer hours vary (the Club operates 7:30 AM-6:00 PM) and may include breakfast and lunch support.
Position will work up to 29 hours per week.
Experience in a commercial kitchen or food service is preferred but not required - we will train.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to stand for long periods of time throughout a shift.
Ability to operate various types of general office equipment including PC, telephone, copier, etc.
Must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds in order to unload and stock food orders.

Job Summary
Integrates health care for clients from pre-admission to post discharge. This is accomplished through the coordination and sequencing of the client's care. Integration enhances patient/resident flow and interdisciplinary communication promotes early intervention. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred. Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including, but not limited to, those accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
Minimum of two years' clinical experience preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Depending on location, a valid drivers license may be required.
