    The Vice President of Programs (VP) is a senior leader responsible for advancing USGIF's mission through strategic influence, trusted relationships, and high-impact content across the GEOINT community. The VP leads the planning, development, and execution of content for USGIF events, both CONUS and OCONUS, ensuring programming is mission-relevant, operationally informed, and aligned with stakeholder priorities across government, industry, and academia. The VP provides senior-level oversight of USGIF working groups and the Education and Professional Development portfolio, ensuring outputs directly support tradecraft advancement, workforce development, and thought leadership objectives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP serves as a key partner and advisor, represents the Foundation with senior government, industry, academic, and international leaders, and ensures coordination across content, community engagement, education, and events. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership and GEOINT Community Engagement Serve as a senior leader and representative of USGIF with NGA, NRO, U.S. Space Force, and other key GEOINT mission partners. Leverage executive-level networks to strengthen USGIF's relevance, credibility, and influence across the national security GEOINT ecosystem. Advise the CEO on GEOINT mission trends, tradecraft evolution, and stakeholder priorities. Event Content Planning and Execution (CONUS, OCONUS, Classified and Unclassified) Lead the planning, development, and execution of event content for all USGIF events conducted CONUS and OCONUS. Oversee programming for classified and unclassified events, ensuring appropriate handling, compliance, and mission relevance. Define event themes, agendas, session objectives, and speaker strategies that reflect operational GEOINT needs and emerging technologies. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality execution from content conception through delivery. Working Groups and Thought Leadership Provide executive oversight of USGIF working groups, ensuring annual plans, outputs, and deliverables align with Foundation priorities. Recruit and engage senior subject matter experts to serve as working group chairs and task team leads. Ensure working group outputs inform event content, publications, and broader thought leadership initiatives. Education and Professional Development Oversee the Education and Professional Development team, ensuring programs advance GEOINT tradecraft and workforce readiness. Provide strategic guidance for professional training, certification alignment, and academic engagement. Ensure integration between education initiatives, working group outputs, and event programming. Organizational Leadership Support the CEO in ensuring organizational effectiveness, collaboration, and continuity of operations. Partner in the development and execution of annual business plans and budgets related to content, education, and community engagement. Contribute to leadership continuity planning and special initiatives at the direction of the CEO. Position Qualifications: U.S. citizenship required. Active TS/SCI security clearance required. Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in government or industry within the intelligence, national security, or GEOINT domains. Deep understanding of the GEOINT tradecraft, including mission applications, technologies, and operational use. Established professional networks and credibility with NGA, NRO, and U.S. Space Force strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience leading or shaping content for conferences, symposia, classified forums, or similar mission-focused events. Proven ability to lead and oversee high-performing teams, including working groups, education, professional development, or interns. Experience representing an organization to senior government, industry, and academic stakeholders. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate complex GEOINT concepts to diverse audiences. Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% in support of events and stakeholder engagement. Work Environment and Travel This position operates in a hybrid professional environment with routine collaboration across government, industry, academia, and international partners. Periodic attendance at evening and weekend events is required. Travel is required approximately 25% of the time in support of Foundation events (CONUS and OCONUS), stakeholder engagements, and community outreach. Linguists will have the ability to understand the specific tasks being processed and produced. Linguists will understand and comply with all Court regulations concerning minimization procedures. The Translator/Transcriber shall prepare an English translation and/or transcription from a variety of English or foreign language source exhibits including, but not limited to, audio and video cassette; recorded conversations; facsimile documents; handwritten and/or typed materials such as legal documents, diaries, computerized printouts; computer disks; personal paper; maps; charts; ledgers; and notes. The Translator/Transcriber's Linguistic Supervisor shall provide the COR with a printed typed copy of the transcript and the computer media in a time frame established by the COR. The Translator/Transcriber shall enter a file title that is a combination of the intercept identification number, the call number, and any other unique identifier prescribed by the government customer onto the printed transcript. The Translator/Transcriber shall perform administrative duties related to the tasking, such as arranging gists and/or summaries into binders and/or file folders; copying and assembling related paperwork. The Translator/Transcriber shall have the ability to understand the specific tasks being processed and /or produced. Interpreter Duties The Interpreter shall orally and consecutively interpret a foreign into English and English into a foreign language. The Interpreter shall make notes of the interpretation and provide notes to the Linguistic Supervisor or COR, as requested. Validation Duties A Linguist, other than the Linguist performing the original work, shall validate a transcript by comparing the completed transcript and/or translation to the source media (such as cassette recording, compact disks, MO Disk, or documents) to ensure that the final work is verbatim, and that the translation presents a true rendering in English. The Linguist who conducted the validation shall sign a statement on the final document attesting to the accuracy of the final work. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance. Bachelor's Degree. Candidate must successfully undergo and pass a language assessment in the four main categories: speaking, listening, reading, and writing in both native tongue and English. . Additional Linguist requirements are as follows: Excellent command of the English language and have the ability to provide clear, concise, oral and written communications. Key Responsibilities: \- Assemble, solder, and inspect electronic components and circuit card assemblies (CCAs) in accordance with IPC J\-STD\-001 and IPC\-A\-610 standards. \- Perform cable and wire harness assembly in compliance with IPC\/WHMA\-A\-620 standards. \- Conduct functional and diagnostic testing of electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs) using standard test equipment. \- Perform rework and repair on complex electronic assemblies, including surface mount and through\-hole components. \- Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to ensure accurate builds. \- Conduct visual inspections and functional tests to verify product quality and compliance. \- Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements. \- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspection logs, test results, and rework documentation. \- Adhere to ESD\-safe practices and cleanroom protocols as required. \- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices. Requirements \- IPC J\-STD\-001 certification (current or previously held). \- 2+ years of experience in electronics assembly, preferably in aerospace, defense, or other high\-reliability industries. \- Proficiency in soldering, cable assembly, inspection, testing, and rework of electronic assemblies. \- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. \- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. \- Familiarity with ESD handling procedures and quality control standards.     TITLE: Program Leader/Driver DEPARTMENT: Operations REPORTS TO: Branch Director/Program Director STATUS: ❒ Non-Exempt ❒ Part-Time The Program Leader/Bus Driver provides support, guidance, and direct supervision in various program areas, including Education, Social Recreation, Arts & Crafts, and Physical Education. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for safely transporting Club members from local schools to the Club using a 14- passenger bus. KEY DUTIES (Essential Job Responsibilities): Prepare Youth for Success: Establish and maintain a SAFE environment to facilitate Youth Development Outcomes. Promote active participation while consistently implementing the five key elements for positive youth development: Fun Supportive Relationships Safe and Positive Environment Opportunities Expectations and Recognition Ensure the physical and emotional health and safety of Club members at all times. Act as a role model and mentor, providing guidance, discipline, and positive reinforcement. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of facilities and equipment, promptly reporting significant issues. Maintain effective communication with all staff, supervisors, volunteers, and members. Program Development and Implementation: Plan, implement, and supervise high-quality programs and activities for youth ages 6-18. Continuously monitor and evaluate programs for quality, safety, and member engagement. Assist branch staff in preparing activity reports and actively participate in weekly staff meetings for continuous program improvement. Transportation Duties: Safely transport Club members from assigned schools to Club locations in a timely manner. Adhere strictly to traffic and highway safety regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers. Perform thorough inspections of the bus before and after each route, documenting any concerns or necessary repairs and reporting to Branch Director. Maintain accurate records including: Route sheets Timesheets Incident or accident reports Ensure the bus maintains a fuel level of at least a quarter tank before commencing each route. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the execution of special events and other Club activities as required. Assist in new member registration and orientation processes. Undertake additional duties as assigned by supervisors. RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: Maintain daily communication with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisors to share information, address issues, provide guidance, and foster collaboration. External : Engage and communicate effectively with external community groups, local schools, parents, and stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance community relations. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: High School diploma or GED Minimum five years of verifiable experience driving a 14-passenger vehicle Valid driver's license with a clean three-year driving record Ability to pass company-sponsored bus training courses Previous experience working with youth Familiarity with recent technologies and social media applications (TikTok, Class Dojo, Instagram) Strong knowledge of youth development principles Proven ability to motivate youth and manage behavior Effective interpersonal skills for working with the youth, parents, the public and diverse communities Excellent organizational skills to plan and implement programs successfully Capability to work independently and as a part of a team Mandatory CPR and First Aid Certification PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: Ability to speak, hear, and utilize a personal computer for standard business communication Physically capable of lifting up to 15 lbs.
