AHN IST employees will rotate to all AHN hospitals in Pennsylvania, including Allegheny General Hospital, Allegheny Valley Hospital, Canonsburg Hospital, Forbes Hospital, Jefferson Hospital, West Penn Hospital and Wexford Hospital in the Pittsburgh metro area and AHN Grove City and St. Vincent Hospital in Northwestern PA.** **The Inpatient Team includes Registered Nurses that will work on one of the following 3 clinical teams in one of the three specific clinical teams, including:** + **Critical Care** + **Telemetry/Med Surg** + **Emergency Medicine** **Additionally, members of the Inpatient IST will be paid a premium rate.** The incumbent assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The incumbent is fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered. **ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** + The registered nurse provides leadership in a professional practice setting. + Team player who contributes to building the team by helping others succeed through role modeling and mentoring. + Assigns or delegates tasks based on the needs of the patient and skill level of the RN, LPN, or support staff.
